DW45 Intelligent Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) Features:
- Rated AC current: 630A-6300A
- Number of poles: 3 and 4 poles
- Two types: detachable and fixed
- Short circuit breaking capacity: 80KA-120KA
- Rated voltage: below AC690V
- Operation type: manual operation, automatic operation
- Trip type: intelligent controller, instantaneous voltage trip (or time delay type) and shunt trip
- Intelligent controller type: L type (basic type), M type (standard type), H type (communication type)
- Standard: IEC60947-2, GB14048.2
Normal working conditions of intelligent air circuit breaker (ACB) DW45:
- The ambient temperature of our smart circuit breaker should be between -5 and +40. Average temperature should not exceed +35 (except for custom designs)
- Altitude must be less than 2000M.
- The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at an upper temperature limit of +40. At lower temperatures, higher humidity is allowed, eg 90% at 20oC. Dew formed during temperature changes must be removed to increase durability.
- Pollution degree: Class 3
- The following installation classes are IV: main circuit, missing voltage release coil, primary winding of power transformer. Installation class III for other auxiliary circuits and controls
- The circuit breaker must be installed according to the instructions. The vertical tilt angle should not exceed 5 degrees.
- If the air circuit breaker is installed in the small compartment of the circuit breaker board, the degree of protection can reach IP40. If equipped with door frame, the protection level can reach IP54.
